Shipping Policy

Textbook Orders

TEXTBOOK ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.

ORDERS CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE COLLEGE STORE.

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be available for pick up within 72hrs pending book availability. Please wait until you have received a confirmation e-mail before coming to pick up your books.

Customers must have an Order Number and Student ID or Photo ID ready to present when picking up orders.
Can come pick up order anytime during normal business hours after receiving a pick up confirmation e-mail.

Merchandise Orders

Merchandise orders placed on Monday - Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped by the following Wednesday.

Shipping costs are subject to change.

Customers who chose the "pick-up at store" option: Must have an Order Number and Student ID or Photo ID ready to present when picking up orders. Can come pick up order anytime during normal business hours after receiving a pick up confirmation e-mail.

The College Store Refund Policy

Textbooks

Full Price returns and exchanges are only accepted with:

  • Original register receipt (credit/debit card is also required for a charge credit) and ID card within 10 calendar days of the first day of the term.

NOTE: Textbooks MUST be in the original purchase condition including shrink-wrapping. New textbooks that have been marked in, damaged or unwrapped are refunded/exchanged at the discretion of the bookstore manager.

Drop Class during the first 30 days of term. Drop slip is required from the appropriate course. Textbook return or exchange must be done within 3 days from drop date. Any class dropped after that time textbooks can be sold back at Buyback during finals week.

Textbooks are available for purchase during the first four weeks of the Fall and Winter terms. (Spring is two weeks)

Merchandise

Non-text merchandise must be returned within 90 days with an original receipt (credit/debit card is also required for a charge credit). Without a receipt, merchandise will be returned at the lowest selling price recorded and a store credit will be issued.

NOTE: All clearance sales are final

The College Store is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Information collected is used solely for processing your order. All information you provide to us electronically is kept confidential and will not be applied in ways to which you have not consented. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party.

We also collect information about your use of our site through the application of “cookies.” This information helps us customize our Web site and allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose.
Encryption is used for the transfer of data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web sites.
